i am looking to make a seasoning or a marinade for ribeye steak using the following ingredients.
garlic,dried porcini mushrooms,olive oil,oregano,black pepper,red pepper flake,rosemary,balsamic vinegar or red wine vinegar. does anyone have a ratio idea of using these ingredients for a marinade or a seasoning.
BBBR on the free side is a favorite, but I also keep a shaker of this around, just minus the salt. For steaks and burgers, I apply if after the last flip.
2 tablespoons paprika.
2 tablespoons crushed black pepper. 2 tablespoons kosher salt. (I leave this out and dry brine separately)
1 tablespoon granulated garlic.
1 tablespoon granulated onion.
1 tablespoon crushed coriander.
1 tablespoon dill.
1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes.
