    First Picanha Cook

    Hello BBQ friends,

    I decided to cook Picanha for the first time ever and boy was it good. I dry brined 24 hours before and cooked it in the Weber kettle with the SnS. I used some hickory chuck and then seared it whole in the end.

    Now would you say this is perfect rare or Pittsburgh Blue? Also I have heard of Pittsburgh Blue before, what does that mean or look?

    Call it what you will, I like it! I like my beef mooing so this is spot on for me. YUM.
