Well, last night’s effort was awesome! Took a lot longer to hit temps, but best burgers we’ve had in years, used grocery chain beef & 1/2 lb burgers. Changing things up today, sticking with MH’s recipe, but ground my own chuck in the blender, made (guesstimate) 1/3 lb patties this time. We gorged ourselves on the 1/2 lb burgers last night, but were maybe just a little much, so I’m trying slightly thinner tonight...
