Quick Flank Steak
Tried a new way of cooking flank steak tonight. Rubbed this with Myron's Hickory Rub, Hot Rub, and a touch of his Hickory Salt. Smoked it indirect with hickory wood at about 275 on my little 22" Weber for approximately 20 minutes and then did a quick high heat sear on each side. Turned out great! The ajus was fantastic.Tags: None

Jerod Broussard - Yes it is! MMS-48...just bought it in May. I’ve done ribs, brisket, and pork shoulder on it. It’s an awesome cooker!
