    13 hr. Brisket!

    I smoked this 14 lb birsket on my wsm 22, i tried a higher temp of about 260 to speed things up (i had 20 hrs. In my last brisket) probably the best brisket yet! Smoked 12 hrs and let rest 1 hour. Click image for larger version
