I ground up about 1/2 of a 12 lb top sirloin centre roast yesterday and used some for yesterday's smash burgers. Doing some meal prep today to use the mountain of beef I ground. I also put together a meatloaf that I'll cook on the kettle once the weather improves but no pictures of it right now.
Soon to become one of my favourite low carb meals, Cheesy Chili Spaghetti Squash Casserole.
Spinaker I like your thinking. Of course, I don't need much of an excuse for comfort food. Chicken noddle soup or mac & cheese or beef strouganoff or lasagna or.....? heck ya!

The meatloaf is currently resting in the freezer so that it doesn't get squashed flat when I vacuum seal it. I'll grab a picture before I vacuum seal. :-)
