Just for fun (and I'm bored) I thought I'd post a few pics of my last Tri-Tip (TT). I believe that we all love to look at pics of the cook. I'm a "Front Sear" guy, use a couple different rubs and apply a mop sauce on my TT. It had been raining here in SoCal, so I had to set up under my gazebo with my PK.

Yum! All I could find meat wise yesterday was ground beef and a tri tip without a price. Everyone else passed by it. I had them price it so I will have tri tip be having today
