    Full Angus Rib Roast

    Got a 13 LB Angus Rib Roast at Restaurant Depot. Broke it up into three 2" steaks, 1.5 lbs of stir fry meat, and a 7 LB prime rib to cook on New Year's Eve!

      2 days Before Christmas I bought a CAB choice roast and a second prime roast (both only 2 bones each). I cut up the prime into steaks and am coming the CAB as a roast for NYE.

        So you can do a fairly recent back to back comparison of a choice RR to a prime. May be slightly different w it being whole bs broken down now, but close enough!

        I don’t come from the land of Prime. A fellow meat friend and I always comment when we get choice and are all fired up for it. Then I read from “you people” in the forum who regularly have access to and get Prime. And Waygu etc. Prime must be insane bc I reallllly reallllg like choice.
