    Ribeyes for my wife’s birthday

Tonight was the first time trying out my new GrillGrates. I am really happy with how the ribeyes turned out.

Nice looking marks but turn those grill grates upside down and sear the whole side steak to get the most out of the maillard reaction.

Nice looking plate! I’d sit down and eat that in a heartbeat!

P.S. Grillgrates were the best ever upgrade to my gas grills...

I still haven't tried them on my Blaze. The GGs from my Weber Spirit fit really well. I'll have to try them soon. But I do like the SS Blaze grates.

Attjack with your Blaze and its IR sear burners I am betting you don't need Grillgrates to get a great steak sear. I would still use them as a surface set for stuff like veggies that would fall through the standard grates.

Yeah, I don't think I would put them over the sear burner.

That plate deserves some Maldon salt, nicely done.
