                            I wish I could find beef ribs with that much meat on them. The ones around here have been trimmed to the bone and then packaged for sale. It looked like a chuck roast at first glance.

                              The only way I have been able to get Beef Plate Ribs is by going to a place that sells meat (aka Butcher Shop) and talking to the butcher (not the person behind the counter). Showing a picture of what you mean helps. Otherwise you get a lot of "Oh, you mean bee short ribs." I've never seen them already packaged at a grocery store.
