JoeSousa Where did you find the hanger steaks? I usually get the whole primal at SmartFoods and cut them up. Still learning the different cuts so haven't done anything more than the flat iron so far. My wife doesn't like the flatiron. I thought it was ok but not as good as the picanha.
JimLinebarger I got these from Porter Road. Never seen them anywhere local. I asked Sonnenbergs once and they said they could order a whole case of them. Might take them up on that at some point.
JoeSousa Wow. Wonder what grade. Think I heard that the grading system is changing since most are choice or better. I'm gonna check to see if SmartFoods has it for special order.
