Thought I would share a few pictures of the Tri Tip I cooked tonight. Bought it at Sam's for $6.78 lbs. It weighed just over two pounds. Dry brined the last night with 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt per pound. Cooked on the 26" Weber with the Slow N Sear. 225 until 110 - 115 internal. Seared to color (internal at 115 to 120). 130 internal after 10 minute rest. Turned out great. Also included a picture of the one asparagus that took one for the team. There always seems to be one left behind.
Have a happy Easter!!! Praise God!!! HE HAS RISEN!!!
