I don't know if there's a Fresh Market in the Winter Haven area, but there are several in the Orlando area including Kissimmee. The one I shop has prime whole brisket for $6 or $7 per pound which is more than folks talk about for Costco (but they don't charge you $50 or $60 for the privilege of shopping).
In addition, there's a place called Green's Market in Winter Haven. They used to advertise prime years ago. They still email their weekly add, and now only list choice, But you might ask them if they can get prime.
