    Today's Prime Tenderloin Steaks

    Mesquite pellets with hickory chunks. Seasoned with the Casa M adaptation to Big Bad Beef Rub.
    1. On the platter after resting in the oven at 130℉ for an hour
    2. Slicing just prior to serving
    Served alongside BBQ Sweet corn on the cob and sous vide French green beans.

    Amazing meal.
