Anyone know anything about Suho meso? It's a type of smoked beef.
So, I'm sitting at the corner pub, chatting with our neighbor and she mentions something she's had in her travels. She said it was like jamon but done with beef and she had it in Croatia. She mentioned long slow smoke and london broil as most likely the cut. Unfortunately she couldn't remember the name, but google suggested Suho meso.
