Chuck Roast and Veggies for Chili Cookoff on the pellet grill.
Pulling out the secret weapon for Chili Cookoff at work this week.LOL!
Smoking a couple Chuck Roasts Dry brined for 48 hours and coated with Big Bad Beef Rub along with, Onions, Peppers and Garlic.
Using Pecan pellets from Fruita wood in a homemade smoking tube and BBQers delight pecan and oak in the hopper.
