    Thanks for the write up. When your guests were comparing meats, did they know which was which? If so, which did they think they would like?

      The CAB an Dry Aged steak were served at the same time and every one thought there wasn’t too much difference between the two. I informed everyone after eating the first two steaks what ones they were.

      After that it was easy to tell that the choice steak was served 3rd.
