    I just smoked another brisket yesterday turned out very good again.

    Looks good. Nice bark, good job. Tell us about your smoker and your method... how long, what temp, inject or not, wrap or not, etc.?

      I smoked about 12 hours @ 275 in an offset smoker only wrapped for the last 2-3 hours. I didn’t do injection.

                  Looks great. What grade meat, and how was the flat? Did you use a dalmation rub, BBBR, or what?

                    This is Wagyu M6 from Australia, I separated flat now as I haven’t been same successful as the point for the flat yet. I smoked the flat separately and then mix it with sauce to be my fulled Beef burger now.

                      Looks really good, but 12 hours at 275* seems a bit long. But if it came out moist it is what it is !!
