    Reverse Seared Angus Filet Mignon

    Here are the results of Friday night's cook. Reverse seared Filet Mignon. Low and Slow on the Mak and seared on the Hasty Bake. Served with bacon wrapped asparagus grilled on the Weber/GrillGrates and tomato mozzarella salad. Pics!
