I’ve been wanting to smoke a meatloaf for a pretty long time. Ground chuck was on sale this week and I had lots of bacon so I thought I’d make two and wrap one in a weave. My first attempt was a big hit. Will definitely be doing that again!!! ​ ​ ​ ​​​​

You can't go wrong with smoked meatloaf. It's one of the wife's favorites. That was a good looking cook and I love the lattice work on the bacon. You did good!
Looks fantastic! My wife and kids get upset with me when I cook meatloaf on the grill. They are purists - they want it in a loaf pan in the oven. So, I have to cook it the old fashioned way at least 3 times before I can do it on the grill. It's frustrating.
