          Wow. Looks great. I can make out the major components, but what else is used?

            I'll write down the recipe. But basically flour, salt, pepper for the rib eye.

            Flour and some chiles for the onions.

            Then deep fry them.

            Serve on top of guacamole and garnish with the pomegranate.

          Colors are amazing, the brilliant red of the pomegranate against the green guacamole looks incredible. If it tastes half as good as it looks you sir have a winner !!! Muy bueno !!!!

                OMG, and even though I'm Irish, and my parents are Irish, and my mom's Irish brother married my dad's Irish sister, and my grandparents are Irish...
