Does anyone have a favorite recipe for a 5-7 lb prime rib roast? Does it matter if it's bone-in or boneless?

I used the recipe from this site (http://amazingribs.com/recipes/beef/...rib_roast.html) to make a prime rib for Christmas dinner. It was outstanding! Earlier this year I used the same recipe with a beef tenderloin, and received huge praises from every guest (except the vegetarian). You have to try this recipe, you won't be disappointed.
