I got some flanken ribs recently from the use em or lose em bin at the grocery store. They went into the freezer and I thawed them in the fridge but haven't gotten around to using them. The areas exposed to oxygen have turned grey, but I gave them a good look over. No slime whatsoever. They smelled of old beef, but not like low tide or anything rancid. More of a rich flavor.
Would you go for it or toss em and order a pizza?
