    Short Plate - Dino Ribs at Costco or Sam's?

    I know I've seen boneless short ribs, I'm not sure if I have seen bone-in short ribs. What I don't know is if Costco/Sam's starts with a bone-in short plate or boneless. Has anyone been able to buy a cryo vac bone-in Short Plate at either Costco or Sam's?

    From Sam’s Club. Just ask the butcher but inspect the bag before taking it from them. Refused a bag with too many shiners. At our local Sam’s Club they will also break the bag and sell per lb.

      The local Sams sells them whole, but you have to ask, and you have to take two plates. They do give a price break for whole plates though.
