    Carne Crosta rub is no joke!

    2” thick ribeyes-12 hour dry brine-Carne Crosta rub-a Weber kettle-Cold Grate technique — and this is what I get.... soooo easy and soooo good

                I agree! The other killer sear rub I use is Char-Crust brand. Good stuff too!

                No inside pics this time. It was medium rare/medium...a few degrees higher than I would have liked, but it was still pretty darn tasty. I just had to take a pic of the crust...lol.

                      Oak Ridge Carne Costa rub rocks !! Designed specifically for high heat searing. Has coffee in it that releases it's natural oils under heat. Stuff is awesome. Great job on your steak, is mouth watering !!!

                        I have tried three of ORBBQ rubs and all have been wonderful! All three were mentioned above. I have their jerk rub still to try, but I’m sure it will be just as good.

                        Very impressive sear on that there ribeye!
