Round Steak....HELP!!!

I started by grilling some corn and jalapenos. When they cooled I cut the corn from the cob. The red peppers and onions were thrown into the hot wok until the edges started to char. CaptainMike Then I put the round steak into the wok. Cut thin against the grain then cut in half again; making 1/4 inch strips. Cooked until just slightly pink. A can of rinsed black beans added and the grilled corn. I added a sauce of Worcester, fish sauce, toasted sesame oil, and (in a nod to PappyBBQ rice vinegar) for about 1/2 cup. Stirred until the sauce was reduced and put everything on fajita shells. Absolutely amazing!!!Last edited by SMO; August 25, 2018, 09:16 PM.
