    Now this is what I call a chuck roast

    Being having a light rib dinner today night as well go big tomorrow. Chuckies make a great Sunday dinner, will make some pulled,sliced and burnt ends

    Wowzers, how marblicious can a chuckie get???
    Them there looks like, to me, they's gonna come clean unglued into sections/chunks, when introduced to L&S/time!!!???
    By all th G's an G's, catch/save alla th juices, renderins, etc. from such gorgeous beef!

      smokenoob with 84 chickens running around 5 goats and 3 dogs for some reason we dont get many visitors. Maybe I should get a few more that would solve the visitor problem
