Just did this recently and used a sweet sauce. Topped a bake potato with them, cheese and sour cream. Insanely good.

Texas style burnt ends need pepper, a little parkay butter, and touch of sugar, or molasses. remember the dalmation rub is front and foremost. I add some chipotle, and ancho to mine.

If you used more than dalmation you wouldn't need that other crap. hehehehe I'm serving sliced brisket to 80-ish Monday night...still not sure if I'm going all sliced or burnt ends mixed in, no Burnt Overalls...

i use my brisket rub i call BEvO Bark. it is heavy in black pepper and 5 different chilis. Dont knock it till youve tried it.
