    Daughter's Open house brisket and pulled pork

    Made about 40 lbs of pulled pork and and 50 lbs of brisket a couple of pics about half way threw the cook. Sorry no pics of finished product. Fed between 200 and 250 people. Was told several times better than out local bbq place. Click image for larger version
