    Cooked Brisket Storage

    Having just finished smoking a 14lb packer brisket to break in a new Camp Chef DLX, what is the best way to store the leftover slab o meat? Tupperware, foil wrap, cling wrap??

    I usually just put it in a plastic zipper bag. I think wrapping in cling wrap would work fine if it's too large for a zipper bag.

      The best way would be vac bags, but sounds like you don't have that capability.

        I do have a vacuum sealer, thanks for the suggestion. This was short term but I will definitely use the sealer in the future

      For sure vacuum packed if you're gonna freeze it. For shorter term refrigerator storage cling wrap covered with foil would work OK.

        I use Ziplock, it is short term.

          I ended up using a large Tupperware container which worked well for transporting to my office for co-workers the next day.
