May not be what you are looking for, but just like chicken parm or a veal cutlet you can dredge them in flour, then into an seasoned egg wash then into some Panko bread crumbs. Once breaded you have your choice of frying, baking or I've even done them on the grill until golden brown. Hope that helps.
Cube steak is one of the first things I ever cooked for myself (about 60 years ago). Salt, pepper and garlic powder. Dear on grill or flash fry in butter. A dash of Worcestershire or a smear of Heinz 57 Sauce. Put it between two pieces of white bread and chow down!!! Enjoy!!! I did!!!
