Excellent cook Huskee! My personal SR-71 is fired up and ready. When's dinner? Oh, you'll have to feed my pilot too, as I've been drinking and can't fly. The pilot can have cereal.

I just picked up some honey bunches of oats. Not sure where he can land though...

I packed some grape nuts, just in case. The pilot rambles on and on about bran.

Finished product! Approx 6.5 hrs on the smoker, 2 hrs in the faux cambro.

They look great! The marbling is superb, and I like the red smoke ring. I'll have to try beef ribs again, see if I cant find something as well marbled.

OMG! They look so fantastic. If my SLCs come out 1/4 as good I'll jump for joy.

Looks great Husk. Reminded me that I've got some ribs from my prime rib roast to cook up.

What an awesome cook, Huskee! Did you eat them all before the family woke up?

Thanks Kathryn! No they were out of town visiting family. All to myself! I snacked on one when they were finished, you know R&D, QC testing, and the rest were lunch @ work.
