        Excellent cook Huskee! My personal SR-71 is fired up and ready. When's dinner? Oh, you'll have to feed my pilot too, as I've been drinking and can't fly. The pilot can have cereal.

          I packed some grape nuts, just in case. The pilot rambles on and on about bran.

        Finished product! Approx 6.5 hrs on the smoker, 2 hrs in the faux cambro.

              They look great! The marbling is superb, and I like the red smoke ring. I'll have to try beef ribs again, see if I cant find something as well marbled.
