Before, During, After - Simple Steak on Weber

The weather warmed up a bit and I’m taking advantage of it. Can’t go wrong with Ribeyes!

Seared at at high temp, then moved to indirect, pulling at 130 for a perfect medium rare. About 20 minutes or so. I always add hickory on top of the coals to add a bit of smoke flavor.

The tinfoil in the background is full of mushrooms. Olive oil, salt, and pepper. Easy!

I think pre-sear is legit, but prefer reverse. Having said that I’d sit down and devour those any day!!!

Dude you must have some pent up need for meat, you really got your game on with this and your other post!! Smoke on bro!!!!
