    Mail Order Meat Choices

I know about SRF. What are some other good choices to investigate for gifting purposes.

I didn't go over their entire site, but I could not find the meat grades mentioned anywhere I did look.

I live in Omaha. Overrated and overpriced. No one here buys it.

Yep. Lobel's, and of course SRF. They are my faves. Gotta Omaha Steaks local to me but don't go there much. I get "Lobster Gram" lobsters from time to time delivered here to Texas. I LOVE their lobsters. Never tried their lobster/steak deals but I will one day soon. The last lobsters I ordered sat in our Texas sun for an hour or two till I could get home to open them. Man they were mad. But healthy and about snapped my arm off.

I just met up with Skip on the way home from a few days on the road. Great time! @Sgt. Tyree

Spinaker I will second the Creek Stone Farms. I've never ordered from their web site but I buy a lot of their stuff through our local food service company and it's always been top shelf. Especially their Duroc pork butts. Besides I just got a bunch of Creek Stone Farms swag from my food service company rep.

I second Pat LaFrieda, great burger, pricey, but great stuff. And a good one for steaks too is Flannery Beef. I was very impressed with both of these.

Crowd Cow is a newer one as well, a unique twist on internet beef buying.

So far, I’ve bought from D’Artagnan and Crowd Cow. Both were quality.

I have ordered from SRF and Lafrieda. Today I decided to give Creekstone Farms a try and ordered a boneless rib roast from them.
