            Whatever fuel I need to cook it. Twas a gift. Ain't NO WAY I'd spend the $$$ on this. I looked up the cost and had a coronary.

          Wow. That's crazy marbling. I would imagine over open flame you might get a flare or two.

            They recommend NO open flames. Too many flare-ups due to not only the amount of fat but the low melting point of the fat.

                Please let us know how you cooked it and what you thought of it. I've had one that looked similar to yours and the fat content was so high that even after cooked you could almost drink it. I wound up calling it steak snot because it was so fatty that the texture wasn't at all like beef, more like a plate of semi-solid fat with some beef sprinkled in.

                  ribeyeguy I'll be using cast iron that is pretty darn hot. Cutting in strips the same as the video.

                  Learn how to cook A5 Wagyu the way it was meant to be prepared.
