Just another pice of dead cow

Fixed this one on the Davy Crockett with mesquite pellets & a little BBRB. I’m going to be sad when I run out of these steaks I got last spring as I won’t be able to afford any more unless they go on a drastic sale like they did before & I only have 2 left in the freezer (can you say withdrawal)?

I ate part of it for supper, As seen in photos I cut the bone out, cleaned it off for supper with a little of the rest of the meat. One of these makes at least 3 meals as I had them cut 3" thick.

Thanks, HawkerXP, Well it's still over 2lbs. after removing the bone & I am already a fat old man so I'm not suppose to eat as much as I would like.
