            The dilemma I currently face is 3 hours is just bringing the internals thru 105*... Looks like my morning session in the gym may get rescheduled due to low and slow..

              I'm not sure that needed a sear. Hey my friend, don't worry about missing the workout. That happened to me in 1984 and Just look at me. 🤔🤔

                It's still chillin so the fun is not quite over.. I had to take a break by going to work. I get to flash sear it and break out the new slicer when I get off this afternoon.. and start prepping the packer for this weekend. A man gotta eat!!
