      3 and a half hours in and Chucky is as pliable as a bowl of jello an coming into the low 120's on the internals. Looks like it has pulled a lot of smoke.

            Nope, tossed some onions and spices in the SV bag.. I do however have a kickin vinegar based que sauce they will get marinaded in as I throw them on a plate.
