Was able to grill for the first time in months due to either rain or high wind. I was suffering grill withdrawal (it was getting bad.)
I had some T bones cut 3†thick when I found them on sale a few months ago & vacuum sealed & froze them Did not know if they were going to be very good as they were not CAB or any other certified beef. I took the chance at less than $4.00/lb. Surprised me it was very tender. I should have removed the fat layer on the side I’ll do that on the next one as I still have 4 more in the freezer.
Took the internal temp to 130°F with my portable pellet grill, Then seared on the little gas portable. Turned out quite good but next one I think I will pull at 125°F as this one is a little more done than I like but not much. It did happen here are photos.
With BBBR & wet down ready for the grill.

Finished ready for to eat.
