    Tonights Cook - Restaurant quality steak

    Reverse seared 1 1/2 inch thick strip loins. BBQ'd indirect on my gasser, seared on the chimney. I get such a kick out of the fact that I can now make a steak as good as any steak
    house in town. Cost me $7.50 to feed the both of us. Thankyou Meathead.

    Cooked medium just the way I like it.
