Ink Bird BBQ2GO, my wife got it on Amazon. I like it, not real sophisticated but it does the job. Go connectivity with Apple Products.

Hit a long stall so I Ended up wrapping in aluminum foil, used 4oz Beef Broth. Cooked till 203 internal then in the cooler for an hour. Came out good, tender and juicynext time I will start earlier so I don't need to crutch. Curious how we will like it.
