      Adapt and overcome! You did it! The last time I tried moving a Weber with a cook in progress, I dumped the whole friggin' thing over on the patio. Futunately, I had just foil wrapped the brisket, so it wasn't too hard to get things online again. Webers are horribly unstable when to try to roll them.

        I just got in a hurry because of the rain and didn't think about the water bath...🙄. Maybe my next project will be to build a bigger cover over that part of the deck.

      If you don't have a 4x4 Performer I guess you need to do this mod to keep your three legged cookers mobil!
