SV and chill, hickory smoke on the pellet eater back to 115, 4 minutes on the flame thrower and 5 minutes on the board sauce.. I can't believe it's not butter.

Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

Hope you are right. Sure makes good looking food. I usually cook for big groups though, so I need an SV for my bathtub.

The new Anova Nanos (coming out in Oct) are less expensive ($99 MSRP) and the app will be able to control multiple ones at the same time. MCS struck and I bought a couple at the pre-release price of $69. See more at: https://anovaculinary.com/nano/

Yeah, I pre-ordered a nano too. Course that was AFTER I bought 2 more non-wifi Anovas on eBay. So we now have 3 but we can't use them at the same time without re-wiring the house LOL
