    I picked up (surprise) a nice 15lb Prime Brisket at Sam's Club a few weekends ago... Turned out nicely on my Pit Barrel.

        The cold cut drawer is empty-need to make a sandwich for lunch. Now I am craving Brisket! Looks great!

          NOOOOO!! Empty cold cut drawer.... Say it ain't so!! I would be tarred and feathered here for such a crime. I was freeking out about an hour ago when I got a slice of cheedar and there was only two left.

                  It was a lucky find. Funny thing is, there were none on display. I checked with the butcher and he brought a few out. Just lucky
