I promised that I make another post when I cooked up some more of the Lone Mountain Wagyu that I recently bought. I think I explained why I picked that particular supplier, with their 100% "Full Blood" claim. I also said I try and get a higher resolution in my pictures. So, here goes nothing!

As I said, please refer to my previous post "Lemme 'Splain This First." in this same section of the forum. And I guess that's enough of the higher resolution pictures, I think I'll go back to the smaller format from now on.
But this was to be a "Bucket List" event, not to be repeated. Now I am having serious doubts! Might not be able to stick with that permanently. Maybe I'll sneak off the reservation every once in a while. . .
