Looking forward to more photos of this one! I've only done French dip with sliced roast beef from the deli, so this is providing me some good inspiration!
Took it to 145° and then thinly sliced. dustbuster its not that hard stud. Quick cook. I ran my smoker around 275-300 for about 45 min or so. I used chuck roast because it was on sale. Seasoned it with my A.P. rub. Salt, pepper, garlic & onion powder and green chili powder. Smoked onion and wife made au jus. A little provolone cheese and some good french rolls. Ready to eat. Had more heat in cooker so I threw some chicken on.
