I wound up smokin' a brisket for 18 hours last week as mentioned in this post. And my son gave me a cute FD card.
I wound up freezing most of this in vac seal bags. I put one bag with the point and flat in a hot water bath yesterday for my son to try. He loved it, and it came out hot and moist, and was very tender. Here are the photos:
