          LOL... Stage 2 was a pan of sauteed scallions and a shake or two of parmesan.... Dipped just long enough to wet it good... It's my go too on a flank steak. Typically I do two flanks but I only had one so I pulled a skirt steak out also to compensate. There are usually no left overs and the dog is always pissed.
