Wife wants a steak dinner.

I asked my wife what she wanted me to cook this Saturday. (Saturday is my day to smoke and/or grill) she said Steaks. However, she neglected to tell me how much I could spend. (You'd think after 17 yrs she wouldn't make that mistake ). Soooo, I went to Costco and found these Prime Eye of Ribeye. I'm thinking I'll put them on the Weber at 225 till they hit 115 and then do the cold grate method over the Slow-n-Sear. She's a little mad right now but she'll love me tomorrow night.

I got to admit I haven't had steak with that much marbling since I ordered from Snake River Farms. I'm excited.
