          The butcher shop had an Angus rib eye right next to a waygu rib eye. Wish I had a photo of that! I cooked one of their waygu briskets this weekend (10th place). Awesome beef raised just outside of Monroe, LA. Father runs the ranch, son is the butcher.

            My, my my... marbling in a beef tenderloin like that should be illegal.😬 I think I'd have to double my blood pressure medicine.🙀
