          The butcher shop had an Angus rib eye right next to a waygu rib eye. Wish I had a photo of that! I cooked one of their waygu briskets this weekend (10th place). Awesome beef raised just outside of Monroe, LA. Father runs the ranch, son is the butcher.

              Cooked Friday. Should've just used salt and pepper for seasoning. Best steak I've ever eaten but didn't need any fancy rub. Click image for larger version
